Position Type: Internship, Part time (2 days per week)
Reports to: Head of HR, Hong Kong
Responsibilities
- Support daily operation of HR department
- Assist in employee benefit administration
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Support employee engagement initiative and activities (e.g. annual dinner & staff events)
- Provide general administrative support and maintain HR files
- Perform other ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements
- University students majoring in HR, Business or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and accept challenges with positive attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
