Project Manager / Business Analyst / Customer Success Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to undertake the dual responsibilities of Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Customer Success Manager in a part-time capacity. This hybrid role, located in Hong Kong SAR, allows for a blend of in-person and work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include coordinating and expediting project tasks, ensuring timely project delivery, managing client relationships, analyzing business processes, overseeing inspections, and facilitating logistics operations. The successful candidate will drive project success while ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Expediting, Expeditor responsibilities, and effective coordination of tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Inspection practices to oversee tasks and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Experience in Logistics Management, ensuring seamless movement, tracking, and delivery of resources and services.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to foster positive client relationships and navigate complex challenges.
• Ability to manage hybrid work arrangements, balancing in-person and remote tasks effectively.
• Experience in high-performance sports or a related area is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; professional certifications in project management or supply chain management are a plus.
