Client Relations Officer

Job Responsibilities:  

• Handle client requests or enquiries via telephone/email on cinema rental for private screenings, parties and events.
• Working closely with back office and frontline to ensure smooth events for clients.
• Maintaining clients and booking database.
• Maintaining good communication and relationship with clients.
• Performing ad hoc projects or tasks. 

Job Requirements:

• University graduate preferred

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• A team player with good interpersonal skills and detail minded.

• Ability to work independently and multitask.

• Ability to work under pressure and overtime.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
