Role Description

As a full-time Product Manager at Cypress Telecom, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and optimization of our telecommunications products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define product strategies aligned with customer needs and company goals. Key tasks include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, analyzing market trends, creating roadmaps, and ensuring the successful launch of product updates. This is an on-site role based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Management, Roadmap Development, and Agile Methodologies
• Experience in Market Analysis, User Research, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Proficiency in Business Strategy, Project Management, and Stakeholder Engagement
• Familiarity with Telecommunications Industry trends and best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Understanding of technical concepts and working closely with engineering teams is preferred
