Job Duties:

(a) Business Consulting: Identify areas of business inefficiencies, conduct market research, and develop proposals for process improvement;

(b) Requirements Gathering & Validating: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. This includes validating requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing detailed business cases and solution proposals;

Job Requirements:

(a) Master/Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Public Health, Information Systems, Information Technology or other related disciplines.

(b) Proven minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role to business analysis, product management, technology and/or consulting. (i) digital transformation projects; (ii) digital marketing & analytics; (iii) e-commerce; (iv) business process re-engineering.

(c) Professional IIBA certification is advantageous (i.e ECBA, CСВА, СВАР)

(d) Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

(e) Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Waterfall).

(f) Hands-on experience with Data Analysis and Visualization tools with advanced Excel/VBA/Tableau / Power BI skills is a plus.

(g) User/customer experience-oriented with a creative mindset to think outside the box.

(h) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

(i) Good client/stakeholder relationship and conflict resolution skills.

(j) Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

(k)Adaptive and fast to absorb domain knowledge.
