About Us
- We are a dynamic small-to-medium enterprise (SME) with around 20 staff, specializing in importing and distributing premium European medical devices.
- Our portfolio features advanced ultrasound systems, wound closure solutions, digital radiography, electrocardiography devices, and other cutting-edge technologies.
- We serve public/private hospitals, specialist clinics, and healthcare professionals across Hong Kong in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
- Join our two-member accounting team, reporting directly to the Accountant.
- Handle hands-on accounting operations with light HR and daily office admin support in this versatile SME role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations: general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, fixed assets.
- Perform independent month-end closing, reconciliations, and liaise with banks/external auditors for financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly consolidation reports, financial analysis, and support annual audit, stock-taking, and budget planning.
- Manage full set of accounts using MYOB or similar accounting software.
- Support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, leave records, and Employment Ordinance compliance.
- Coordinate basic staff training/engagement and maintain personnel files.
- Provide daily office administration: procurement, vendor management, facilities maintenance.
Ideal Candidate
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' accounting experience; full set accounts in SME trading preferred.
- Familiar with MYOB/other accounting software; strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Chinese word processing; fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, English.
- Detail-oriented, independent team player.
