About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Card Sales & Account Manager – B2B Travel (OTA/TMC) to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the B2B travel segment, driving revenue growth, and expanding the adoption of payment solutions. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies, managing client relationships, and representing the organization in the B2B travel payments ecosystem.


Responsibilities

  • Sales & Account Management : Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, driving share of wallet and revenue growth. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across the B2B travel segment, focusing on OTA/TMC clients.
  • Strategy & Growth : Co-develop and execute growth strategies aligned with regional objectives. Achieve defined sales targets (volume & revenue) and identify opportunities to expand payment solutions adoption across clients.
  •   Client & Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across clients and internal teams. Lead pricing discussions and negotiations, ensuring competitive and profitable outcomes. Support contract execution and onboarding discussions.
  • · Market Presence & Enablement : Represent the organization at industry events, presentations, and client meetings. Prepare training materials and insights for internal sales and account management teams. Contribute to market awareness in the B2B travel payments space.


Requirements

  • ·Proven experience in B2B Travel (OTA/TMC) or Wholesale Travel industry.
  • Strong exposure to commercial payments, card payments, or virtual cards.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and complex negotiations effectively.
  •  Fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese).
  •  Willingness to travel across Greater China, Singapore, and Indonesia.


Preferred Skills

  •  Knowledge of the merchant of record model and the travel payments ecosystem.
  •  Experience working across multiple geographies or jurisdictions.
  •  Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
