Role Description
This role combines elements of project management and corporate strategy, focusing on driving key initiatives from concept through execution while ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term objectives. Key responsibilities include planning and managing strategic projects, defining project scope and success metrics, and coordinating stakeholders across multiple departments. The role also supports the development and execution of corporate strategy initiatives, including performance tracking, business transformation programs, and operational improvements. You will be expected to identify risks and dependencies early, implement effective mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution of complex, high-impact initiatives.
In addition, this role involves supporting senior leadership with decision-making through structured analysis, progress reporting, and strategic insights. The ability to connect high-level strategy with detailed execution planning is essential. You will play a central role in ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans and delivered effectively across the organization.
