Job Responsibilities
Handle daily shipping documents and data entry, such as delivery notes, invoices, receipts and import/export documents.
Assist in arranging delivery and goods receiving.
Update inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
Perform general office clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, filing and document management.
Answer phone calls and handle incoming and outgoing emails and documents.
Assist in ordering office supplies and stationery, and help maintain a tidy and well-organized office environment.
Perform ad hoc administrative and logistics duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
1 year or above relevant experience in logistics, warehouse or clerical work is an advantage; fresh graduates are also welcome.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese/English input.
Detail-minded, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and as a good team player.
