We offer one stop Construction Digitalisation Solutions:

- BIM Services

- Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS) and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)

- Digital Surveying Services

- Scan to BIM solutions

- Smart Site Safty System (SSSS), IoT, AI, Drone, Construction Robotic solutions

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sales of Building Information Modelling (BIM) services, DWSS, EDMS, Digital Surveying Services and Scan to BIM solutions. Achieving Sales Target
• Identify potential customers such as construction firms, property managers, survey companies, and government agencies.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline through effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advances and competitors’ activities to maintain market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to develop and communicate solutions

Requirements:

• Hunter type sales with strong self-motivation & drive for business development
• Enthusiastic, Proactive, Self-motivated and willing to Learn
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• B2B Sales Experience, experience in selling BIM or Construction Digitalization Solution is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager
