Requirements:
1.Must be Hong Kong permanent resident.
2.Possession of a valid Hong Kong driver’s license is an advantage; willingness to support external assignments when required.
3.Work Competencies:Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, reliable, and discreet. Polite and professional in communication with a strong sense of confidentiality.
4.Personal Attributes:Steady, practical, strong sense of execution, patient, and service-oriented.
5.Experience:Prior experience in administration, secretarial, general affairs, or assistant roles is preferred. Candidates without experience but with a positive attitude and quick learning ability will also be considered.
岗位职责
1. 业务辅助
配合回收业务,全程协助物品交接、现场沟通与流程配合,完成客户沟通、信息确认、单据整理、记录归档等工作,维护良好客户体验。
2. 轮休与日常事务
执行与总务岗位的轮班/轮休机制,在总务同事休息期间,独立处理公司日常行政、文书、对接与事务性工作,保障办公运转不间断。
3. 行政与总务支持
负责公司日常文件整理、信息登记、数据录入、物料管理、内外沟通协调等基础行政工作。
4.其他交办工作
完成公司安排的其他合理工作任务。
任职要求
1.必须为香港永久性居民。
2.持有香港有效驾驶执照优先,可配合外出事务。
3.工作能力:做事认真细致、责任心强、人品端正、稳重可靠,沟通温和有礼,保密意识强。
4. 性格特质:性格沉稳踏实,执行力强,有耐心,服务意识佳。
5.经验要求:有行政、秘书、总务、助理类工作经验优先;无经验但态度端正、学习能力强亦可考虑。
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
