Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering and/or applied machine learning.
- Practical experience implementing AI/MLOps practices in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n.
Good-to-Have
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB.
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions from prototype to production.
- Develop and integrate AI services using Python and Java-based architectures.
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Develop LLM-powered applications using modern orchestration and agent frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, cloud, and security teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
